Refund policy

We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied! 

We stand by the high quality of our products and service. If we have made a mistake in your order, or if you receive a defective item, we will gladly issue to you a full refund or replacement upon receipt and verification of the item. You have to notify us 7 days from delivery date. After 7 days you can no longer report issues on a product.

Refunds will be issued once returns are received and processed by us. Refunds will not be given for shipping charges. This includes situations where an incorrect product was purchased by the buyer and wants to return it.  Shipping fees for another product to be sent out will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds for refused or abandoned packages will be at our discretion.

All returns must be in new condition and include all original packaging. Returns that have a smoke odor or pets hair will not be refunded. If an item has been used, it is not eligible to be returned.

We go to great lengths to give an image and description that will accurately describe the product, so our customers will get exactly what they want! 

We will not exchange fabrics or refund any sale if you changed your mind about the fabrics. We will only exchange or refund damaged good or a mistake from our side on your order.

Once an order is processed and paid for, no changes can be made in the order.  A new order has to be made for any additional products, it can not be added to the processed order for combined shipping.

We are not responsible for an incorrect delivery address given during checkout.  This is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure they have given us the correct address where they will be in the next 10 - 14 days to receive the order.  If an incorrect address is given for an order the package will get delayed and be taken to your nearest post office awaiting your response to make the collection.
